Coaches :
- Emily Riley has already competed in nine Canadian championships! She competed in the last three Scotties, and will represent Canada at the World Mixed Championship this fall! At the same time, Emily has a master’s degree in sport psychology and works as a mental performance consultant, helping many teams optimize their game. She is also fascinated by the strength of our minds and she loves to help others exercise their brains as a muscle to achieve their goals.
- Anna Munroe represented Quebec in the U18, U21 and Scotties categories. In fact, she was the youngest woman to ever participate in the Scotties Tournament of Hearts! In her pursuit of excellence, she then moved to Edmonton to be part of the University of Alberta curling team. This experience allowed her to return to the U21 Canadian Championship, but this time wearing the Alberta colours! Curling camps are nothing new for her, because she has already coached at several camps, even once alongside Kevin Martin! We are happy that she will return to Quebec this summer to share her experience with the new generation! Welcome to Team Anna!
- Émile Asselin started curling at a very young age, he represented Quebec several times at the junior level, but he also played for Quebec twice at the Brier and twice at the Canadian mixed championship. He and his team won the Canadian mixed championship in 2022 and will represent Canada this year at the world championship! However, he’s not just a curler, he’s a sportsman at heart! He’s tried many sports, but he loves baseball! Moreover, thanks to his master’s degree in physiotherapy, he better understands how the human body moves and how to be more technically efficient at curling! Welcome to the team dear colleague (and yes on top of that, he works at Curling Québec!)!
