Curling 101 for women is the first ever learn-to-curl course for women, taught by women and tailor-made for women. This 8-week program is designed for women who are looking to try a new physical activity while discovering the beautiful sport of curling. Participants will be divided into groups of eight women who will meet weekly to learn the basics of curling and to enjoy some quality time with other empowering women. Each week, the groups will have a two-hour lesson, followed by a light snack and social exchange around the tables in the lounge. In total, each session will take approximately 2.5 hours.
