Here are a few scholarships and grants that are available to help our young athletes:

Two Scholarship Programs
Program 1 – Curling Ambassadors: Promoting Excellence and Commitment
The first program offers five $1,000 scholarships to athletes already active in junior curling. These young athletes stand out not only for their curling skills but also for their personal qualities: respect, sportsmanship, perseverance, and community involvement.

Program 2 – Barrier-Free Access to Curling: Giving Everyone a Chance
The second program aims to remove financial barriers for new curlers. Ten $500 scholarships will be awarded to young athletes in their first year of curling who wish to join a club.
The goal is simple: to allow more young people to discover and grow in the sport.

The Spirit of Sandra Junior Curling Scholarship


Financial Aid Programs Coordinated by SportsQuébec
The following financial aid programs are targeted at Identified Athletes: Excellence, Elite, Next Generation and Hopefuls. The various programs are offered by the following foundations: Club de la médaille d’or, Fondation de l’athlète d’excellence du Québec, Fondation Nordiques and the Fondation Sports-Études. For the Love of Curling Scholarship
“For the Love of Curling” scholarships are open to talented young curlers who will be or are continuing to study at a Canadian University or College. These scholarships were funded by generous donors and curlers across the country. The program will award 11 scholarships of $2,500 each to student curling athletes in Canada who best demonstrate athletic and academic prowess, along with community leadership and volunteerism.
