The Ellipse Assurance Curling Center is seeking a coordinator for its brand-new facilities.
The organization is looking to recruit a versatile individual who enjoys being at the heart of the action, building relationships with clients, and actively contributing to the growth of the centre’s activities. In this role, the successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for members, visitors, and partners—whether at the reception desk, over the phone, or online.
Reporting to the General Management, the coordinator will be responsible for managing ice and room rentals, overseeing the arrival of groups and events, and helping to develop new client segments, particularly within the corporate and educational sectors. They will also play a key role in client retention and in promoting the center’s presence within the community.
The position also entails a significant communications component. The successful candidate will help manage social media, create and plan content, update the website, and support initiatives designed to increase the center’s visibility. Responsibilities also include managing the pro shop and its inventory.
Candidates must have at least two years of experience in customer service, event coordination, or business development. An excellent command of French is required, and the ability to serve English-speaking clients is a significant asset. Experience with CRM software or point-of-sale (POS) systems, as well as familiarity with the world of curling, will be considered an advantage.

The position is based in Quebec City and offers a flexible 37.5-hour work week. The salary ranges from $60,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Please note that the position requires regular availability during evenings and on weekends.
Interested candidates have until November 18, 2026, to submit their applications to Frédéric Rousseau, CHRP, at the following email address: frousseau@ressources.coop.
