The Rimouski Curling Club is asking for your generous support to help secure the future of our sport!
Our current facility is aging, limited to just two sheets of ice, and burdened by a severely deteriorating roof that threatens our operations every winter.
To provide a sustainable home for our curling community, we have developed an exciting partnership with the local golf club to build a brand-new, modern curling facility with three sheets of ice adjacent to their existing premises. Key partners have already committed funding for a portion of the project, bringing us significantly closer to making this vision a reality.
However, we are facing a major challenge due to rising construction costs. We still need more than $250,000 to complete the financing and begin construction. Without these funds, the entire project is at risk, and Rimouski could permanently lose its curling community.
These new accessible facilities will allow us to expand our youth programs, introduce wheelchair curling, and host regional events that will benefit the local economy.
Whether you can make a donation or simply share this page with your friends, family, and local businesses, your support is invaluable.
Every dollar counts in helping bring this wonderful project to life.
Thank you for your generosity and for helping keep this recreational activity alive in Rimouski!
