The Hardline Tankard and Scotties Provincial Championships begin in less than two weeks! While 16 men’s teams will compete in a triple-elimination tournament, the women will play a 6-team round-robin. All men’s teams will play their first game on Tuesday, January 23, while the women’s team will start the tournament at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 24. With a minimum of 3 games per day starting Wednesday, January 24, you won’t be bored at the Marcel-Dionne Centre in Drummondville! We invite you all to come see and support our future Quebec representatives at the Montana’s Brier and Scotties Canadian Championships!
The opening ceremony will take place on Wednesday, January 24 at 6:45 p.m. In addition, we are taking advantage of this major event to present the provincial finals of the Hit, Draw, Tap!, a skills competition for youths between the ages of 6 and 13. This final will take place from 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, January 27. Finally, Curling Québec will induct four new people into the Hall of Fame during a ceremony on Saturday, January 27 at 6:15 p.m.
