Through his exemplary volunteer work, Jim Mastine profoundly impacted the world of curling in Quebec. President of the Eastern Townships Regional Association for many years, and involved with the Canadian Branch, he dedicated his time, energy, and passion to the development of the sport he loved so much.
Whether with the junior program, as an umpire, or as a coach at the provincial and national levels, he instilled in us his values of discipline, respect, and sportsmanship. His dedication and influence will continue to inspire generations of curlers, both present and future.
