The Fondation Aléo officially launched its brand-new Équipe Relève Aléo program last Friday. This initiative aims to support the next generation of student-athletes by providing enhanced scholarships to 50 young talents identified as the top prospects in their respective disciplines, including one representative from each sports federation.
Through this program, each recipient received a $3,000 scholarship, representing a total investment of $150,000. In addition to this financial support, recipients benefit from lifetime access to the foundation’s professional services, including career guidance, academic support, networking, and communications services.
Louis-François Brassard is part of this team. Curling Québec would like to congratulate him on this distinction and sincerely thanks Fondation Aléo for its trust and commitment to supporting the next generation of athletes.
At a time when sport is facing significant underfunding challenges, Fondation Aléo is providing concrete support to student-athletes. Fully funded by the foundation, the Équipe Relève Aléo program specifically targets developing athletes who are experiencing an even greater funding gap. Through this initiative, the foundation aims to contribute to sustainable solutions to support these young athletes who will become leaders in their communities. Thank you to Fondation Aléo!
