Sonny St-James
The annual Christmas dinner at the Pointe Claire Curling Club, held this Saturday, December 13, was the perfect occasion for the Club President, Mrs. Woodsworth — on behalf of Curling Québec — to present Mr. Sonny St-James with the 2024–2025 Contributor of the Year Merit Award plaque.
Mr. St-James fully deserves this award thanks to his involvement, dedication, and his role as a coach for the club’s youth members. His passion for our sport is undeniable. Congratulations and best wishes for continued success!
Mr. James Yantha
It was during the Volunteers’ Evening held at the Curling des Collines Club on Saturday, December 13, that Mr. James Yantha was presented with the 2024–2025 Contributor vaof the Year Merit Award by the Treasurer of Curling Québec’s Board of Directors, Mr. Dan de Waard.
This award recognizes his significant involvement, notably as the organizer and coordinator of the pickleball activities held during the summer season, which generate substantial additional revenue for the Collines Club. Congratulations on this excellent idea and its remarkable success!
