The second edition of the Colts World Championship begins this Friday, December 12 at the Kettle Moraine Curling Club in Wisconsin (United States). This event is reserved for players with five years or less of curling experience. This season, four teams that participated in the 2024–25 Colts tour and provincial championship were invited and chose to take part.

Team Paquette
The team composed of Kevin Paquette, Darlene Phair, Chris Holland, Kellan Rankin, and their coach Laura Thomas is representing the Glenmore Curling Club.
They will be in Pool A and will face, in order, Team Sirois (Ontario), Team O’Shaughnessy (Ireland), and Team Hernandez (United States).

Team Thériault
As part of Pool B, the team representing the Rivière-du-Loup Curling Club is composed of Jacob Thériault, Janick Thériault, Stéphane Sirois, and Steve Cyr.
In the preliminary round, their opponents will be Team Miller (Canada & United States), Team Waterton (Ontario), and Team Wright (United States).

Team Boucher
The fourth Quebec team, representing the Boucherville Curling Club, is composed of Alexis Boucher, Kim Ratté, Robert Valiquette, Réal Valiquette, Éric Beaulieu, and coach Patrice Boucher. During the preliminary round, they will play against Team Shaw (Ontario), Team Wills (Australia), and Team Wysocki (United States).

Team Giroux
Representing the Victoria and Glenmore Curling Clubs, the team composed of Benoit Giroux, Jason Castilloux, Remy Careau, François Arcand, Jacques Michel, and their coach Claude Bernier will be in Pool C.
They will face the host club team, Team Alojipan (Philippines), and Team Purves (United States).
