High Performance Camp
A High Performance camp was held last weekend at the Glenmore curling centre in Dollard-des-Ormeaux.
The CCA’s conditioning expert, Bob Comartin, evaluated the fitness level of our top teams and prepared a training program for them for the upcoming season. Team coaches as well as Quebec’s Provincial Coach, Guy Gosselin, were also in attendance.
