As you are probably already aware, each team in the Scotties and Tankard qualification process can register 1 member on the team who lives outside of Quebec. This year, the free agent must submit an application form to be granted the permission to compete outside of the province in which they reside. This form must be submitted to Curling Quebec, Curling Canada and the free agent’s provincial curling association by November 1st, 2017.
