The 2016-2017 Volunteer of the Year Award was recently awarded to Roger Smith. The award was presented by Mr. Marc-André Robitaille, general director of Curling Québec. M. Smith was very much so implicated in the project of the construction of a new curling club in Chelsea. And after years, that project will become reality. Congratulations!
