After four years with Curling Québec, we are announcing the departure of our Director of Junior Programming and Communications, Aline Fellmann, who will soon be pursuing a new professional path.
Aline has contributed to the growth and development of junior curling, including through the introduction of the U15 circuit, the development of mixed doubles for juniors, and the creation of a summer camp, among many other initiatives. She has also contributed to the development of the sport through various initiatives, as well as to several projects aimed at strengthening and bringing new energy to Curling Québec’s image.
We warmly thank her for her energy, ideas and constant drive to move things forward. Her passion for curling and the relationships she has built with junior teams will certainly leave a lasting mark on her time at Curling Québec.
“My four years at Curling Québec have given me so much, both professionally and personally. I leave with many wonderful memories, meaningful connections and the feeling that I have grown through this experience.
I would like to sincerely thank all the clubs, coaches, athletes and volunteers who give their time and energy to curling. I have had so much pleasure working alongside you, exchanging ideas, sharing thoughts and, most importantly, bringing those ideas to life together. I would also like to thank the officials, ice technicians, instructors and the Curling Québec team, with whom I have had the pleasure of working over the years. Your commitment, expertise and passion are essential to our sport and help it continue to grow across Québec.
What I will miss the most are the junior teams: your energy, ideas and enthusiasm have been my driving force in continuing to improve and develop junior curling. Keep having fun in your sport, savour every moment and, above all, continue to make your voices heard. Your ideas, your voices and your involvement all contribute to growing curling in Québec.
Thank you for these four wonderful years and for all the moments we have shared. I look forward to seeing you again on the ice, somewhere across Québec!”
We wish Aline every success in the next chapter of her career and sincerely thank her for her contribution to the development of junior curling and to the curling community across the province.
