1-) Winner – Jet Ice contest : The Jet Ice contest is now over and the winner has been selected. We would like to thank everyone who submitted designs, all of them were interesting and original. We received more propositions this year that any before. The decision wasn’t eays but after long deliberations, the design proposed by the Baie d’Urfé Curling Club was selected. Congratulations and thanks to everyone who participated!
2-) Last chance – Curling promotional package: For a limited time only, purchase a special edition curling promotional package. It includes a bracelet and a curling t-shirt, available in multiple sizes and colours. The price $40 (tax-free) includes the cost of production ($15) and a tax-deductible donation for which you will get a tax-receipt ($25). 3-) Broadcast Masters Tournament (men) on CogecoTV : The Men’s final of the 2017 Masters Championship is being broadcasted since yesterday on CogecoTV (555HD or cable 5). Here is the schedule:
Thursday March 23rd: 2.30 p.m.
Friday March 24th: 10 p.m.
Saturday March 25th: 3 p.m.
Sunday March 26th: 2 p.m.
The women’s final will also be broadcasted but he schedule is not yet available. DVD’s or a USB keys can be purchased. For 1, 2 or 3 DVD or USB key, the cost is 20$ (taxes included) for each item. 4-) Gala of the Capitale-Nationale and Chaudière-Appalaches Athlete : Athletes, coaches, teams, officials and volunteers from the Capitale-Nationale and Chaudière-Appalaches regions interested to submit their candidacy for the Soirée reconnaissance sportive 2017 have until March 31st midnight to do so. 5-) Invitation : Opémiska curling club invites you to its Tournoi Invitation Barrette from April 5 to 9. The deadline for registration has been changed to March 31 and 10 teams have registered thus far.
6-) Invitation : A golf tournament for curlers will take place on May 8 and 10 at the Club de golf Whitlock Golf & Country Club.
7-) Invitation : The Golf tournament for the Eastern Township curling clubs will happen next Sunday May 28th.
