. their completed club affiliation form (paper version and electronic version available on our website)
. their payment for their club affiliation fees*
. their regular curler’s list – even incomplete (it is suggested to use the Regular Participant template form available on our website)
*methods of payment accepted: cheque, bank transfer, Interac or credit card if you use the electronic form
Curling clubs will have until December 20th to pay those regular participant affiliations fees.

3- Outstanding Achievement Meritas Award: Friday October 4th, 2019 at the Magog curling club during the opening cocktail, Ms Céline Gauthier received the Ourstanding Achievement Meritas Award. Congratulations for that award well deserved.
4- Club of the year Meritas Award: During the opening season dinner last Saturday October 5th, the president of the Curling des Collines Mr. Richard Gervais received from Curling Québec’s general manager M. Marc-André Robitaille, the Meritas Club of the year Award. Congratulations to Club des Collines curling club’s team.

7- The new Rocks & Rings Curling 101 program: this season, Curling Canada and Rock Solid Productions are partnering with over 35 clubs across our country to deliver the Rocks & Rings Curling 101 program. We are looking at clubs willing to volunteer to host this pilot with a goal to build your youth/junior programs. The program is about promoting youth curling in your local community. The goal is to get more youth curling in leagues throughout Canada! This pilot program will be offered free of charge to participating clubs this year. For more information, please visit our website.
