1-) Brain concussion protocol: After many discussions over the last few months, Curling Canada has publlished a detailed protocole concerning safety on ice and brain concussions on their website. Here are the main topics:

2-) Rule Books available: We received our English Rule Book from Curling Canada. Some of you were waiting for that. They are now available. If you wish to order one or several copies please contact us info@curling-quebec.qc.ca
3-) Changes to the WFG Tankard qualification process: Please note that there will be some changes to the qualification process for the 2018 WFG Tankard, which will come into effect as of December 5th, 2016. 6-) Curling articles for sale: The Canadian Armed Forces has many curling articles to sell via their new website www.EncanFNP.ca. EncanFNP.ca is a website designed to report surplus inventory of non-public property belonging to the Second Division of Canada for possible auctioning. You will find on this site the list of the non-public properties (NPP) put on sale. This sale will take place through a silent auction. A silent auction is an auction where the offer made by potential buyers is secret. In the present list you will find many curling articles and all are new and in their original box. More sales will come after the Holidays. 7-) ParticipACTION 150 Play List: To celebrate Canada’s 150th birthday, ParticipACTION is creating the Play List – the ultimate list of all the physical activities that make us Canadian. It is the last week to vote for our sport to be part of the 150 Play List. You have until December 9 to vote!. 8 -) Invitation: The provincial colts circuit will be holding an event at Victoria Curling Club from March 3 to 5, 2017 for players with less than 5 years of experience. Register now, everyone is welcome.
