Looking to get active, discover a new sport, and enjoy a unique moment among women? Curling 101 for Women is an eight‑week program specially designed for those who want to learn curling in a welcoming, motivating, and pressure‑free environment. In small groups of up to eight participants, you’ll meet each week to learn the basics of curling, progress at your own pace, and most importantly, have fun.
Each session includes two hours of on‑ice practice, followed by a friendly moment around a snack, the perfect opportunity to connect, share, and build new relationships. Offered by Curling Québec in both the Montréal and Québec City regions, this program is ideal for discovering curling in a different way, taking time for yourself, and enjoying a 100% women‑focused sporting and social experience.
