The 2016-2017 Umpire of the Year Award was recently awarded to Yves Morissette. The award was presented by Mr. André Bellavance, president of the board of Curling Québec. Chief umpire at the regional qualifications of Men Seniors; Colts; Men and Women Travelers. He also organized and coordinated the regional qualification of the Masters. He also was the chief umpire of the Juniors qualification and at the Mixte and Double-Mixte provincial championships. Congratulations for an award well deserved
