Hi everyone. Here is your weekly news:
1- One of our email addresses has been phished: One of our email address was phished. If you receive an email concerning an invoice and that the signature doesn’t include the correct Curling Québec telephone number, nor our logo, please disregard that email. After many conversations with our suppliers, it seems that there’s nothing we can do about it. Someone is using that email address to try to fraud people and we can’t find that person. We were told that the interest for that email address will go down after a while and will stop eventually. To help slow down those bad emails and if you are skilled with computers, you should click on ‘Report Phishing’ or something like that, in your email host manager. There’s unfortunately nothing else we can do. Our apologies for the incovenience, though it is entirely out of our control.
2- K4K and Curling Québec join forces to raise awareness and funds for children’s hospitals!: November 13, 2018 – MONTREAL, Quebec – It is with great pleasure that Kurling for Kids (K4K) announces a new partnership with Curling Quebec, just in time for its 21st year in raising money for sick children at both the Montreal Children’s and Ste-Justine Hospitals.
