1- Provincial championships: Attention to all senior, masters, women’s, men’s and wheelchair curling teams: The deadline to register your teams for the provincial championships is quickly approaching. There is less than one month left to register for the senior, masters, men’s (Tankard), women’s (Scotties) and wheelchair. Complete your registration before December 1st by filling in the following form: https://curlingcanada.

3- Competition coach workshop in Magog: A Competition Coach Workshop (2 days) will be offered January 20-21 at the Magog curling club. Schedule: Saturday & Sunday – 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.. Language: French. Documentation and equipment provided on-site. Lunch not included. NCCP activity #5207715. Instructor: Alan Smith. Registration deadline: January 10, 2018. To register click here. This will probably be the only Competition Coach workshop in the Estrie region this year, so don’t miss out on the opportunity to participate.
4- Club Coach Workshop in Magog: A Club Coach Workshop at Magog curling club is scheduled for February 17-18, 2018. 180$+tx (206.95$) for the 2 days workshop. Schedule: Saturday & Sunday- 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Language: French. Documentation and equipment provided on-site. Lunch not included NCCP activity #5205246. Instructor: Julie Hamel. 5- Canada games qualifications process: The first of two Canada Games qualification tournaments will be played this weekend at the Grand-Mère curling club. Good luck to all teams. 6- Curling Québec soon on Instagram: Starting next week, you’ll be able to follow Curling Quebec on Instagram! Instagram is a social network – for smart phones and tablets – that allows users to share pictures and videos. Stay tuned for the official launch announcement!
7- Sport-Études: The popularity of Sports-Études programs is constantly increasing, however a curling program does not currently exist. It is an excellent way to develop the competitive side of curling and we would like to know your interest for that matter. Would your club be interested to host and coordinate a Sports-Études program if said program existed? Send us an email at info@curling-quebec.qc.ca and let us know.
8- Offer canceled: Not enough clubs wanted the insurance plan presented earlier this season so we had to cancel the offer.
9- Strategy in curling: A half-day workshop about strategy in curling is offered at the Bel-Aire curling club Saturday November 25 and Tuesday November 28. Workshop in French.
10- Invitation: La Sarre curling club invites you to its Bonspiel Lions next November 24-25-26.
11- Invitation: Magog curling club invites you to its Invitation Magog Senior January 7 to 12, 2018.
12- Invitation : Don’t miss the Canadian Curling Junior Championship 2018 January 13 to 21, 2018 at the Grand-Mère arena and Centre municipal de curling Shawinigan.
13- Invitation: Sherbrooke curling club invites you to its Ladies Bonspiel Tournament ‘En route vers l’or’ January 24 to 28, 2018.
14- Invitation: Jacques-Cartier curling club invites you to its 27th edition of its Super Ti-Cass tournament February 14 to 18, 2018.
