We are very excited to announce that we will be beginning the 2023-24 season with a brand new set of curling rocks. These rocks are used for all CQ events that are held in arenas, such as the Scotties and Hardline Tankard as well as the Quebec Games.
Would you like to help support the future stars of curling and contribute towards the development of new programs geared towards our future generations of curlers? Well this is your golden opportunity to do so and to be recognized among the Quebec curling community. We are offering our affiliated members the chance to have their names engraved on one of the handles of our new stones for a very affordable price. In total, eighty stones will be purchased, don’t miss out on the opportunity to be one of eighty selected people!
In the event that more than eighty people express interest in having their name engraved on a handle, a random draw will be used to select the names. Here is all of the pertinent information:
- $250 + tax per rock handle (selected people will be invoiced);
- No commercial sales permitted;
- Random draw will be used to determine the selected people (if more than 80 applicants)
- No tax receipt will be emitted for this purchase.
Anyone interested in seeing their name on one of CQ’s rock handles must complete the online form. The list of selected names will be published very soon after the draw.
