Our last championship of the season, the Caledonia Cup, took place from April 25 to 27 across three clubs in the Montreal area: Town of Mount Royal, Laval-sur-le-Lac, and Baie d’Urfé. A total of 66 teams participated in this end-of-season tournament. Each team competed in one of four categories: Lassie (women), Royal Victoria Jubilee (men), St-Maurice (senior), and Lady Gilmour (mixed). At the same time as playing in these categories, each team also competed as part of one of four mega teams in a bid to win the Caledonia Cup. It was a tight race between the four colors to determine which mega team would take home the championship this season.
We would like to thank the curling clubs of Town of Mount Royal, Laval-sur-le-Lac, and Baie d’Urfé, which hosted 123 games over three days of competition.
A big thank you as well to all the teams that participated this season, and congratulations to the medal-winning teams!
Finally, congratulations to the champion mega team of the 2025 Caledonia Cup, Team RED, which earned a total of 39 points!
