“Curling 101 for Women” is an eight‑week program designed for women who wish to discover curling and engage in a physical activity. As part of this program, up to eight participants per group will meet each week to learn the basics of curling and enjoy quality time together in a women‑only environment. Each week, the group will practice for two hours, followed by time around the table to share a snack and connect with one another. In total, the program consists of eight sessions of approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes each.
