Qualification

Twelve (12) teams participate in the mixed provincial curling championship. The winning team will represent Quebec at the Canadian championship. Teams are qualified as follows:

Championship Format

The twelve (12) participating teams are divided into two sections (pools). An intra-section round robin is played and the two (2) highest ranked teams from each section advance to the page playoff elimination round.

Timeline

*Registration Deadline*: February 1, 2027

*Please note that for the Nord-Ouest region, the registration deadline will be January 23rd 2027 (regionals on January 30 and 31st 2027)*

Regional deadline: March 7, 2027

Provincial championship: March 31 – April 4, 2027

Registration Fees

$360 per team
+ $25 per participant – Curling Canada competitor fees

By registering for this championship, teams are agreeing that they will participate in the national championship if they win the provincial championship.

Participants in the Canadian championship will be responsible for organising their own transportation to get to the event and they will assume the entire costs. Participants must also stay at the championship’s host hotel, and they will be responsible for their lodging fees.

Curling Quebec will provide the team that wins the championship with:

  • A purse of 1200$
  • 1 jacket and 3 shirts for 4 players for the Canadian championship
