The Canadian Junior Mixed Doubles Championship begins Tuesday, March 24, 2026, in Sudbury, Ontario. For this event, which will qualify the top team for the World Junior Mixed Doubles Championship, 8 teams will compete in a full round robin. The 8 teams qualified through the Eastern and Western Canada tournaments. Our 2025 champion team qualified for the Canadian Championship through the Eastern Canada tournament and will therefore be among the 8 participating teams. Here is their schedule:
- March 24 at 2:00 PM vs. Ideson/Henry (ON) and at 7:00 PM vs. Yarmuch/Hlushak (AB)
- March 25 at 9:00 AM vs. McDonah/McCurdy (NS), at 2:00 PM vs. Yarmuch/Sawiak (AB), and at 7:00 PM vs. Richards/Davies (AB)
- March 26 at 10:00 AM vs. Marcolini/Jewell (ON) and at 4:00 PM vs. Evans/Dalrymple (AB)
The top 4 teams will qualify for the semifinals and finals on March 27. You can follow the results on the Curling Canada website.
