Launched in 2016, in partnership with the Canadian Olympic Committee, RBC Training Ground is a talent identification and athlete funding program designed to find young athletes with Olympic potential and provide them with the resources they need to achieve their podium dreams.
This program travels the country searching for athletes between the ages of 14 and 25 to fuel the Canadian Olympic pipeline.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the program has moved to a new virtual qualifying format to protect all participating athletes and officials. Aspiring Olympians aged 14 to 25 can sign up today and submit their virtual test results for the chance to get scouted by Team Canada, from home. The submission window closes December 1st, 2020.
