Subject: 19th edition of the Alma provincial curling tournament from October 17th to 22nd 2023
We are very happy to officially invite you to participate in the 19th edition of our provincial SENIOR curling tournament that will be held at the Riverbend curling club in Alma from October 17th to 22nd 2023. We invite all interested senior teams to add these dates to their agenda.
It’s in a completely renovated club that we welcome you for this new edition. The ice shed has been fully rebuilt and our club house, locker rooms and service area have all been fully renovated. We will remind you that we had to cancel last year’s event because of the renovations that were taking place at the time. Our organisation is therefore back, and we want to assure you that we intend to welcome you all this season.
Our SENIOR provincial curling tournament keeps the same format as the previous years. It will have two events (Competition and Participation) with an interesting purse that could totalize 10 000$ depending on the amount of registered teams, including 2000$ guaranteed to the winners of the Competition event and 1000$ guaranteed to the winners of the Participation event. The registration fees have slightly increased in for both events compared to our last edition.
We are joining the promotional poster that contains all the information relative to the tournament. These information are currently accessible on the Riverbend curling club’s website (curlingriverbend.com (Senior provincial tab)) and on Curling Quebec’s website.
We encourage all interested teams to add this event to their fall schedule. You are invited at the Riverbend curling club in Alma from October 17th to 22nd 2023.
