The Junior Tremplin Circuit offers a unique opportunity for all athletes to compete while developing their skills. This circuit is the ideal starting point for those looking to improve, gain experience, and prepare for greater challenges. Participants will have the chance to stand out while having fun, with medals awarded to top-performing teams.
This circuit is intended for:
- Young athletes up to 20 years old (who turn 20 after June 30, 2025) looking to develop their skills
- Boys’, girls’, and mixed teams (open format)
- Developing U15, U18, and U20 teams (this circuit is not recommended for podium-level teams)

Tournament Details
Tremplin-type tournaments serve as a transition between recreational or introductory events (such as regional U15 tournaments) and competitive junior tournaments. Here are the key details:
-
The registration fee is $100 per team.
-
If logistics allow, the format will aim to guarantee 4 games per team (including development matches for non-qualified teams).
-
The top three teams will receive medals. Meals or other extras (snacks, activities, etc.) are at the discretion of the host club.
-
All teams must have a coach who meets the required standards (completed the Making Ethical Decisions evaluation, the Safe Sport module, and passed a criminal background check). For the provincial championship, coaches must be certified Competition–Introduction coaches.
-
Teams participating in these tournaments can earn points toward qualification for the U18 and/or U20 provincial championship(s). For each Tremplin tournament, the 1st-place team will receive 10 points, the 2nd and 3rd place teams 9 points, and all other teams 6 points. Only same-gender teams (boys/girls) that meet the eligibility criteria will be allowed to participate in the provincial championship.
