The deadline for the program Placements Sports is March 31. This program established by the Gouvernement du Québec aims to grow the sport and offer better services by matching every donations made by individuals and businesses to their federation. The government will match all eligible donations 230%, so a $100 donation will bring in $330 to curling, enough to introduce three kids to curling!
As this matching program will conclude at the end of the fiscal year and has not been renewed as of yet, we encourage the interested members to make a donation before the end of March to take advantage of this opportunity; it’s not every day that the government is willing to give us money!
