The most deserving and influential NCCP Coach Developers in Canada are honoured annually by the Coaching Association of Canada with the Community NCCP Coach Developer Awards. Included among the 2020 recipients is Alan Smith for his work in the sport of curling.
This prestigious award deserves to be presented to its recipient in the context of a grand celebration to honour his achievements and his dedication to our sport. Due to the pandemic, this has unfortunately not been possible. Therefore, we have opted to prepare a virtual tribute for Alan, and we hope that it will become an indelible memory of this incredible recognition.
