In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Curling Québec Executive Board passed a resolution today, effectively confirming the indefinite postponement of all Curling Québec activities (championships, workshops, certifications, etc.) of the 2019-2020 season.
Certain events will be postponed, while others will be cancelled. We are working together with our partners in other provinces, as well as with Curling Canada, to finalize the status of the impacted championships; we will keep you apprised of all developments as they happen. In the case of cancelled championships, we will provide full reimbursements of all registration fees; please note that we will communicate directly with the affected teams in due time. Your patience at this time is deeply appreciated.
Please note that Curling Québec will continue to work on a variety of projects representing our community’s interests, and we will swiftly share with you all and any updates. To comply with the Québec Government’s recommendations, our offices will remain closed for an undetermined duration.
