The next Canada Winter Games will be held in Prince Edward Island in the winter of 2023. For this occasion, Curling Quebec has put in place a new and innovative selection process where athletes were invited to register either as a team or individually. Ultimately, we want to make a selection that will allow us to form the best possible teams to represent us at this important event.
We are extremely proud to announce that 83 players are officially part of the adventure to earn one of the 10 spots available on Team Quebec (girls, boys and mixed doubles). This participation rate exceeds our expectations and we are happy to have a great regional representation as well.
The pandemic has greatly disrupted things and the process has been delayed for more than a year, but regardless, all participants will be reunited at the Town of Mount Royal Curling Club from March 19 to 20 for a training camp that promises to be extremely interesting.
